Drive over the Brooklyn Bridge, use center or left hand lane coming off bridge (avoid right hand exit lane). You will be on Adams Street which is also named Boerum Place. Stay on Adams Street for one half mile (0.8 Km), cross large intersection (Atlantic Avenue) and make first left hand turn onto Dean Street. Follow Dean Street one fourth of a mile (0.4 Km) to Hoyt Street, turn right onto Hoyt. Follow Hoyt Street for a half mile and make left hand turn onto Union Street. Follow Union Street one half mile to 7th Avenue, turn right, go two blocks to Carroll Street.

By automobile from JFK Airport:

Follow airport exit signs to Belt Parkway westbound (towards Brooklyn and Staten Island). The Belt Parkway passes beneath the Verrazano Narrows Bridge where it becomes the Gowanus Expressway. Stay on Gowanus Expressway for approximately three more miles (4.8 Km). Take 39th Street exit. At bottom of exit ramp, turn left onto 4th Avenue. Follow 4th Avenue for two miles (3.2 Km) to Carroll Street. Turn right onto Carroll, proceed three blocks to 7th Avenue. (Total distance is about 25 miles, taxi fare about $45.00).

By automobile from LaGuardia Airport:

Follow airport exit signs to Grand Central Parkway westbound. Proceed on GCP to Brooklyn Queens Expressway, take BQE southbound towards Brooklyn and Staten Island for about 5 miles (8.0 Km). Exit BQE at Civic Center. At end of exit ramp, stay to the left. At second traffic signal, turn left onto Flatbush Avenue. Follow Flatbush Avenue for one mile, turn right onto Seventh Avenue for one half mile to Carroll Street. (Total distance is about 15 miles, taxi fare about $25.00).

By subway:

Park Slope is easily and quickly reached from Manhattan by the #3 and #4 trains on the IRT line and by the B, Q and F trains on the IND line. Travel time from midtown Manhattan is about 45 minutes, from downtown Manhattan about 25 minutes.

From the east side of Manhattan take the southbound #4 Lexington Avenue express to Nevins Street, cross directly across the subway platform, take either the #2 or #3 train three stops to Grand Army Plaza. Use southwest stairway from the station which exits at Plaza Street and Flatbush Avenue. Walk one short block to Lincoln Place, turn right, walk one very short block to Eighth Avenue and turn left. Walk about six blocks to Carroll Street and turn right. Our office is on the left hand side of the street, about 50 yards before (above) Seventh Avenue.

From the west side of Manhattan, the southbound #3 train (Seventh Avenue Subway) goes directly to the Grand Army Plaza station in Brooklyn.

Trains also run below Sixth Avenue (Avenue of the Americas). Take the B or Q train southbound to the Seventh Avenue station in Brooklyn. The station exit is at Seventh Avenue and Flatbush Avenue. Walk south along Seventh Avenue to Carroll Street, approximately ten blocks.

The F train also serves Park Slope. Get off at Seventh Avenue (same name but different station from Seventh Avenue station on the B and Q line). The F train Seventh Avenue station is at 9th Street. Walk north on Seventh Avenue eleven blocks to Carroll Street.

By foot:

Park Slope is 2 miles from the Metrotech Center in downtown Brooklyn (next to Brooklyn Bridge Marriott Hotel). We are 4.5 miles from lower Manhattan, which is slightly more than one hour distant by walking across the Brooklyn Bridge. The views from the bridge of a great harbor and the city it spawned are stunning.
