TransTech has led or participated in marine transport initiatives in Africa, Asia, the Caribbean, Europe, North and
South America and the South Pacific. Technical projects have ranged from designing a fleet of 40 ton inter-island sail-assisted passenger / cargo boats to conceptual design of a 400,000 dwt ultra-large dry bulk carrier. Economic assignments have ranged from performing due diligence on new commuter ferry services to reviewing a proposal to establish a new shipyard. Finance mandates have ranged from drafting a USD 100,000 funding plan for a localCaribbean operator to managing a Eurodollar 100 million callable, convertible bond issue for a world class Asian owner of dry bulk carriers.
